He is survived by: his children, Christina Conrad (John) and Kevin Lewis (Kristina Lewis); his grandchildren, Bradley Hermans (Natasha Kimmey), Jason Hermans (Audra), Alicia Perrin and Lilly Lewis; and his former wife Patricia Gordes.
