She was predeceased by: her husband Stanley Keithley, Sr.; her parents, Nelson Baker, Sr. and Ida Marie Baker; her children, Deborah Keithley, Stanley M. Keithley, Jr. and Paul Daniel Keithley; and her siblings, Nelson Baker, Jr. and Margaret Waldren.
She is survived by: her niece Carol Thompson; and her granddaughters, Ruth Gill, Tiffany Keithley and Karen Keithley.
