James E. Pickard Obituary

He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyrus W. Pickard and Margaret L. Pickard; and his wife Janine M. Pickard. He is survived by: his daughters, Elizabeth A. Pickard (Kurt Thoroughman) and Rebecca F. Pickard; his stepchildren, Sinead O'Connell, Finn O'Connell and John O'Connell; and his granddaughters, Phoebe J. Thoroughman and Lydia M. Thoroughman.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Zellman Funeral Home (927 Pulaski Hwy, Havre De Grace, MD 21078). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Darlington Cemetery. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Deer Creek Friends Meeting House (1212 Main St, Darlington, MD 21034). A reception will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Memorial Reception /// (1212 Main St, Darlington, MD 21034).
