He is survived by: his wife Judy Gail; his sister Carolyn Mary; his children, Jason Jared, Cheryl Lynn and Melissa Danielle; his grandchildren, Chloe Renee, Jackson Joseph and Dillon Andrew; and his pets, Theodore, Dutch, Maple and Misty. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
