He was predeceased by: his parents, John Roy Lee and Ursula Gaines Lee; and his siblings, Vallajo Merriman, Robert Lee, Michael "Bruce" Lee and Brian Lee.
He is survived by: his wife Daphne Lee; his children, Loren Lee and Dale Kline (Joan Kline); and his sister Joyce Karnes.
