He is survived by : his wife Rosalia Rivera; his sons, Timothy Mercer of Taos, NM, Fabian Rivera (Vickie) of Columbia, SC. and Daniel Rivera (Charo) of Blacksburg, VA.; his grandchildren, David Rivera (Jessi), Gabriela Rivera and Mason Rivera; his great grandchildren, Elena and Addison; and his siblings, Meri Rivera, Rosin Rivera of Juana Diaz, Raimundo, Felita and Myrta of Puerto Rico.
