He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Jackson and Lillie Ratcliffe Jackson Charlton; his wife Barbara E. Jackson; and his siblings, Madeline Chenault and Harvey "Bud" Charlton.
He is survived by: his children, Faith Anne Burke of Elkton, Maryland, Marvin C. Jackson, Jr. (Sandy) of Aberdeen, Maryland and Sarah J. Runk (Randy) of Rising Sun, Maryland; his grandchildren, Bobby Jackson (Katie), Ashton Leavens (Tyler) and Clay Jackson (Stephanie); and his sisters, Dora Reager, Margaret Hall and Lucy Guinn.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Crouch Funeral Home (127 S Main St, North East, MD 21901). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Christ the King Church (410 Webb Ln, Havre De Grace, MD 21078).
