He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Campbell and Margaret Nagley Campbell; his stepmother Alice Marechaux Campbell; and his siblings, Patrick Campbell, Charles Thomas Campbell, Daniel Campbell Jr., Gene Marechaux and Hunter Marechaux.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Campbell; his children, Patrick (Kathi), Michelle and Michael Jr. (Kasey Dodson); his grandchildren, Bryce, Collin, Gavin, Oliver, Ella, Tristin and Skylar; and his siblings, Richard Neil Campbell, Margaret Campbell, Kathleen Coakley (Charles), Curtis Marechaux, Laurie Marechaux, Jason Marechaux and Scot Marechaux.
