He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawanna A. Capp (Cassell) and Robert H. Capp; and his stepmother Dorothy P. Capp. He is survived by: his wife Susan Freed Capp; his children, Lena Hope Capp (Nicolas Lallier) and Aaron Michael Capp (Ashley); his grandchildren, Jasper Capp and Elizabeth Lallier; and his siblings, Laurie Miller (Randy), Rob Capp (Debbie), P. Kevin Capp (Lucy), Jeff Capp (Ginny), Randy Capp (Kerri) and Kyle Capp (Rita). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Mike's memory to The Friends of the Concord Point Lighthouse or Habitat for Humanity Susquehanna.
