He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Zachry and Martha Zelner Zachry; his daughter Susan Zachry; and his siblings, Denise Buchman and Robert Zachry.

He is survived by: his wife Jill Zachry; his daughters, Sharon Zachry, Bobbi Zachry and Amanda Winebrenner (late Mark); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Ardesia, Samara, Jordan White, Dyllon Zachry-Nance, Josh Kurlin, Nicole, Caylee and Morgan Winebrenner; his great grandchildren, Camden, Azhani White and Zen Dorsey; his siblings, Sharon Goldstein (Gines), Bill Buckman (Janet) and Tracey Dabkowski (Glenn); and his former wife Helen Sheaffer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Zellman Funeral Home (927 Pulaski Hwy, Havre De Grace, MD 21078). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
