We are sad to announce that, on October 23, 2023, at the age of 64, Robert L. Picard Jr. of Havre de Grace, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Picard and Betty Picard (Bright). He is survived by: his wife Paula Rhae Picard; his children, Tina Marie Stotler (Daniel), Marc Morrison Sr. (Jaclyn), Joshua Shide (Stacy) and Vanessa Plantholt; his grandchildren, Aiden, Marc Jr., Dalaynee, Carter, Nathan, Gracyn and Caleb; and his brother John C. Picard.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to his son, Marc who will be making a donation to https://ecan.org to raise awareness for Esophageal Cancer Prevention and Early Detection in honor of Robert.
