He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Betty Bulger; his daughters, Jessica and Kristina; his sons-in-law, Myles Yost and Michael Worton; and his grandchildren, Jane Stapleton and Terry Gobble.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Heart Research at the University of Maryland School of Medicine and the Fisher House Foundation.
