She is survived by: her husband James A. Kozub; her daughters, Kristi Andrychowski (Ronald "Ron" Andrychowski) and Jaime Burr (Charles "Chuck" Burr, II); her grandchildren, Joshua, Megan, Matthew, Evan Andrychowski, Charles "Charlie" Burr, III (Elisabeth) and Katie Ridenour (Conner); and her brother James Pusloskie. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Zellman Funeral Home (927 Pulaski Hwy, Havre De Grace, MD 21078). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
