He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Brogan and Mary Brogan; and his brother Dennis Brogan. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Ginger Lee Walters and Joshua Edward Davis; and his brothers, Clifford "Lee" Brogan and Alfred "Al" Brogan.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Harford Memorial Gardens (3839 Aldino Rd, Aberdeen, MD 21001).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Havre de Grace Recreation Committee, 251 Lewis Lane, Havre de Grace, MD 21078.
