She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Harris and Maggie Kasey Harris. She is survived by: her husband Curtis Byrd, Sr.; her daughter Mariah Johnson (Brandon); her stepchildren, Curtis Byrd, Jr., Denean Church and Tanya Church Wood (Sherman); her sister Shirley Stockton; and her brother-in-law Gary Hurst. She is also survived by six grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, in-laws, and friends.
