He was predeceased by: his mother Charlotte Baker McCutcheon. He is survived by: his wife Connie Jean Baker; his daughter Christy Rhodes; his granddaughters, Lindsay Rhodes and Jessica Herd (Justin); his great grandchild Kaleb Herd; and his sister-in-law Nancy Whalley. He is also survived by four siblings; and nieces and nephews.
