It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan C. Dashiell of Hebron, Maryland, who passed away on December 14, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude C. Price and Doris M. Dashiell Price; her daughter Mia N. Price; and her siblings, Louis L. Rideout, Shirley Merit and Melva L. Renteria.
She is survived by: her son LaVaughn C. Price, Sr.; her nephew Deangelo Grant; her siblings, Rev. LaVaughn W. Price, Sr. (Brenda) and Sheila F. Dashiell; her grandchildren, Tyrin G. L. Banks, LaVaughn C. Price, Jr., Gia T. Banks and Nigel D. Banks; her great grandchildren, Ava Smiley and Susan Price; and her friend Margaret E. Grant (Peggy). She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, other nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
