Though Margot may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, her essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Hans W. Maurer; her daughters, Muriel Maurer and Renée Maurer (Jeffrey Geer); her grandson Samuel Geer; and her extended family, France and Holland.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. Paul's Lutheran Church (11795 MD-216, Laurel, MD 20759). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
