She was predeceased by: her parents, John Marshall and Shirley Marshall; and her siblings, Shirley "Regina" Payne, Anthony Marshall, Eric Marshall and Larry Marshall.
She is survived by: her daughter Courtney Marshall-Prescod; her grandchildren, Darya Hamidou, De'Ja Marshall, Diante Marshall, Darion Finley and Da'Quan Marshall; her great grandchildren, Aria Hamidou and Aiyanna Hamidou; and her siblings, Andrita Spencer and Terry Marshall. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Assembly of the Saints Church (4811 Suitland Rd, Hillcrest Heights, MD 20746).
