He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Frederick Stafford and Elizabeth Ann Wright Stafford; and his siblings, Franklin Perry and Sharon Blackwell. He is survived by: his wife Peggy M. Stafford of Hillsboro; his children, Larry Stafford (Melinda) of Hillsboro and Heidi Stafford Aviles (Earl) of Ridgely, MD; his brother Dale W. Stafford, Sr. of Preston, MD; his grandchildren, Brianna Stafford (Bobby Graff), Alayna Stafford (Gus Clark) and Brendan Aviles; and his great grandchildren, Colton Graff and Parker Graff.
