She is survived by: her husband Charles Dolie Wood III; her daughters, Janet Wood Varner (Ash) of Hollywood, MD and Kristen Wood Springer (Mike) of Port Republic, MD; and her grandchildren, Mariah Naciye Demirkan of Ardsley, PA, Brent Aslan Demirkan of Baltimore, MD, Megan Amanda Springer, Benjamin Calvin Springer of Port Republic, MD and Elizabeth Nicole Varner.
