He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore "Buck" Porter and Anna Betty Porter (Rankin); his sister Rhonda Lee Porter; and his wife Carol Porter (Ballew). He is survived by: his stepsons, Daniel of St. Mary's County, MD. and Darren Ballew of St. Mary's County, MD.; his sisters, Donna "Dee" (Porter) and Allison (Dave) of Lusby, MD; his nieces, Ronda Paul (Chris) of Lusby, MD and Dawn Robertson (Jacob) of Hollywood, MD.; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Khloe, Dean, Kamryn, Dale and Jacob II; his grandson Owen; and his friend Heather.
