He is survived by: his wife Loretta Proctor; his children, Bruce Proctor, David Proctor (Deneane), Lauren Petersen (Jim Michaels) and Jeannie Proctor; his grandchildren, Kelly, Shannon, Ryan, Kyle, Carly, Greg Proctor, Jami and Westley Petersen; his siblings, Willis Proctor (Janie) and Lina Ruth Morgan; and his sister-in-law Deedie Mae Proctor.
