Grace Marie Sheffler Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on February 20, 2026, at the age of 92, Grace Marie Sheffler of Hughesville, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence E. Barnhart and Clara Spangler Barnhart; her husband Gerald E. Sheffler; and her grandson Jared Sheffler. She is survived by: her children, Brenda D., Ott (Stephen) of Chambersburg, PA, Jerry L. Shatzer of Marion, PA and Tony A. Sheffler (Jennifer) of Hughesville, MD; and her grandchildren, Walter Flowers, Angela Atherton, Andrew Shatzer (Denise), Shawna Sheffler and Jennifer Lutes (Kenneth). She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Greencastle Church of the Brethren, 36 S. Carlisle St., Greencastle, PA 17225.
