He was predeceased by: his sister Helena Tedder of Whiteville, NC; and his parents, Glenn Forinash and Itha Forinash of Huttonsville, WV.. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Forinash; and his sons, Glenn (Kimberly), Scott (Michelle), Steven and Jason Forinash (Michelle). He is also survived by six grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Warren's name can be made to Shriners Hospital for Children.
