He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Trent; his sons, Nicholas Rhodes Carter (Tiffany) and Shayne Carter; his grandchildren, Brandon Cooley, Ethan, Matthew and Catherine Carter; his siblings, David Carter and Judy Collins; and his pet Sheena.
Viewing will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Raymond-Wood Funeral Home (10684 Southern Maryland Blvd, Dunkirk, MD 20754). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
