He is survived by: his wife Teresa Justin; his children, Michael Justin, Jonathan Carter and Valerie Saul; and his siblings, Terrence Justin and Patricia Feiock. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Rausch Funeral Home-Owings (8325 Mt Harmony Ln, Owings, MD 20736).
