He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Budd, Elisha Harshbarger, Dustin Blockston and Ashley Yakub; his grandchildren, Joshua Budd, Bethany, Alannah Blockston, Elijah, April, Nathaniel, Lauren Harshbarger and Anthony Coghlan; and his sisters, Karen Copher and Linda Nelson.
