Hayden, Jr. of Hurlock; his stepbrother James Hayden III (Jay) of Cambridge; his half-sister Christy Jones of Missouri; his grandfather Victor Smith of Hurlock; his cousin Tiffany Luebbecke; his uncle Hans Luebbecke of Preston; his close friend Morris Harrison; and his uncles, Buddy Bloom III, Jamie (Kayla McClyment), Scotty Lawrence, Adam Cheezum and Kevin Wooters. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and many other friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that all donations to be directed toward a bank account for his son, Ari Paul.
