She is survived by: her mother Mildred Cephas-Waters; her son Patrick Sampson (Pilana); her grandchildren, Sohalia Sampson, Josiah Farrare, Imani Sampson, Kayden Gray, Niara Farrare, Kobe Sampson and Damien Farrare Jr.; her siblings, Shirley Hicks (Elbert) of Rockhall, MD and Sandra (Tyrone); her grandchildren, Somauri Whittaker, Geno Whittaker, Kayla Gray and Ariyana Lake; her close friends, Reggie Hughes, Ingrid Parker and Barbara Jones; her niece Taniya Waters; and her godchildren, Jay and Janelle Parker. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
