He is survived by: his daughter Tyvonnia Bull; his son-in-law Kevin Bull Sr. of Greer, S. C.; his sons, Vernon Cephas of Smyrna, DE and Ruben Cephas of Bear, DE; and his daughter-in-law Andrea Cephas of Bear, DE.
