He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Roscoe Whitfield and Senora Elizabeth Whitfield (Johnson); and his brothers, Walter and Ramon Whitfield. He is survived by: his wife Veola Bryant-Whitfield; his siblings, Lorenzo Whitfield and Chantal Whitfield; his nephews, Darnell Whitfield and Lorenzo Whitfield, Jr.; his cousins, Gracie Vines and Jewel Logan; his stepchildren, Bremante and DeShera Bryant; and his stepgrandchildren, Joeln Robinson, Autumn, Blake Bryant, Diamond and Demetria Pray.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Jb Jenkins Funeral Home (7474 Landover Rd, Hyattsville, MD 20785). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location.
