With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara C. Pugh (Hyattsville, Maryland), born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on December 15, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Catherine Louise Gordon; her grandmother Carrie Glover; her husband Philip M. Pugh; her sisters, Denise and Deborah; and her great-grandparent Washingtonian.
She is survived by: her sister Gayle Hawkins (Scott); and her children, Dianne A. Drake (Robert), Philip R. Pugh (late Dari Pugh) and Michelle Pugh (Frederick).
