It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn F. Bailey (Hyattsville, Maryland), born in Richmond, Virginia, who passed away on April 10, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Daisy Winston Fleming; and her brother Horace III. She is survived by: her father Horace Fleming; her children, Toacca Rutherford (Bill) and Jayson Bailey; her granddaughters, Imani, Malia and Amali Rutherford; and her siblings, LaVerne Coles and Kelvin Fleming (Mable). She is also survived by husband, dearest loving friend and father to her beautiful children.
Donations to the Jayson Fleming Bailey Scholarship at Pilgrim Journey Baptist Church are welcome in lieu of flowers.
