He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest McNeil and Margaret Deloris McNeil; and his significant other Angie McCock. He is survived by: his daughter Tiffany McNeil; the mother of his child Tammy; his daughter Sandra Spool (Henry) of Wilmington; his brother Ernest McNeil (Kazuko) of Temple Hills, MD.; and his aunt Annie C. Richardson of Oxon Hill, MD.. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
