He is survived by: his wife Wilhelmina Blake; his siblings, Thomas "Tommy" Blake (Lillian) and Cecelia Butler (Kevin); his children, Sabrina Rivers (Stanley), Donald Blake Jr., Kelvin Blake (LaShea) and Darrell Blake (Mandii); his grandchildren, Brandon, Bryana, Arielle, Alexander, Trinity, Caine, Kelvin Jr. and Jerrico; and his great grandchild Amir Rivers. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
