It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eric Thompson of Hyattsville, Maryland, born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, who passed away on January 1, 2021, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Thompson and Elizabeth Skevington Thompson. He is survived by: his brother Kenneth Thompson of Brooklyn; and his aunt Judy Thompson of Lantana, Florida.. He is also survived by five nephews and two grandnephews and two grandnieces.

Because of the pandemic, the family will hold a public memorial service at a later date.
