He is survived by: his wife Shirley Locklear; his children, Wanda Behnke and Fred A. Locklear; his son-in-law Frederick Behnke; his grandson Ian Behnke; and his siblings, Alice Ree Lehocky of Tarpan Springs, FLA, Rodney Locklear of Essex, MD, Betty Sue Prevatte of Lumberton, Louie Locklear of Lumberton, Elwood Locklear of Lumberton, Marie Locklear of Lumberton and Jerry Locklear of Falling Waters, WV. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends and family.
