She was predeceased by: her husband William A. Otley, Jr.; her parents, Thomas P. DeVito and Hattie E. DeVito; her son William (Butch); her grandson Billy Otley; and her great grandchild Kristen Skyy Romano.
She is survived by: her children, Marie of Broomes Island, Jeanne Ross (Tom) of Davidsonville, Chris (Maria) of Potomac Maryland and Thomas Anthony (Tony); and her granddaughters, Patricia Ziegler (Mike), Diane Driscoll (Billy), Gloria Ann Otley (Brad), Julie Larkins (Casey), Laura Ross, Sarah Otley (Michael) and Caroline Shore (Erik).
