He is survived by: his sisters, Judy Robertson (Tom) and Trudy Freet (John) of South Carolina; his cousins, Sue Ann Gallager Scafone, Joey and Nicole Scafone; his wife Patricia Custis Jarboe; his children, Karen E. Jarboe Edgewater Md (Mike) and Nathan M. Wilson (Bev) of Tennessee; and his grandchildren, Michael Jarboe, Coby and Elara Hertzog of Edgewater, MD..
