“My name is Annette from San Diego, I would like to offer my condolence to the family. I met Jesse 27 years ago when I was contractor working in the DC area. I was new to the area and met him at a poetry reading with friends. He gave us tips on the layout of the city and how DC/VA/MD and the Beltway. The last time I saw, Jesse he had become an author. My friend was writing a book and he gave her tips. The kindness he showed us left a wonderful impression. The people of DC area Rock!”
