Carter; her sister-in-law Dawn A. Carter; her nieces and nephews, Samuel L. Carter Jr. (Adrienne), Andre'M. Allen-Carter and Sonja I. Carter (Mike); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Else Aniyah Allen-Carter, Zayden of Marque's Allen-Carter, Messiah Carter Harrison and Samir Samuel Harrison. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
