He is survived by : his father Leonard Sedley Riggs; his wife Gloria Capel; his pet Oliver; his children, Tonya Jarvis (David) of Bowie, Maryland and Christopher Riggs (Fiona) of Brooklyn; his grandchildren, Cayla and Chelsea Jarvis; and his siblings, Walter B. Riggs and Judith A. Riggs. He is also survived by loving Father to his children and a supportive grandfather to his grandchildren.
