He is survived by: his parents, Jean Cieslak of Washington, DC and Edward Cieslak; his brother Christian Cieslak (Sarah) of Severna Park, MD; his nephew Jaxon; his niece Emma; and his brother Thomas Cieslak of Washington, DC.. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
