She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Parker and Cordelia Tyler. She is survived by: her husband James Leo "Sonny" Haley Jr.; her sons, James Leo Haley III (Patrice) and Keith Haley (Preal); her granddaughter Keilyn (Robert Kirkland II); and her great grandchildren, Robyn and Christian. She is also survived by extended family members, relatives, friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Woodstream Baptist Church (9800 Lottsford Rd, Mitchellville, MD 20721). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. Their generosity, companionship, and kindness—particularly during the difficult days of COVID—meant more to Odessa and her family than words can fully express.
