“I met Peter in 2002. He was my next door neighbor and employed as a cab driver. When I moved in I mentioned to him that I would need a ride to the airport about 5 weeks in advance. I actually forgot about it but Peter didn't. He supported my late mother like a son and me like a sister especially during some hard times.. Peter I love you and I miss you.”
