He was predeceased by: his mother Annie Louise (Streat). He is survived by: his sons, Robert Jr. and Duane; his grandchild Tracey; his wife Doris Smith; his child Tracey; his granddaughter Delainey; Darielle Hobson. He is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends.
