The memory of Ruth Saborio Hornickle (Hyattsville, Maryland), who passed away on May 13, 2025 at the age of 82, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. In the vast expanse of eternity, Ruth shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Ruth farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Enrique Saborio and Rosa Idalia Ramos. She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Hornickle; her daughters, Adrienne Reinhart (Troy) and Amy R. Hornickle; and her grandchildren, Alycen, Bianca and Forrest Reinhart.
A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mark the Evangelist Catholic Church (7501 Adelphi Rd, Hyattsville, MD 20783). A burial will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Parklawn Memorial Park (12800 Veirs Mill Rd, Rockville, MD 20853).
