He was predeceased by: his father Samuel W. Brumbaugh; his daughter Nina Brumbaugh; and his brother Samuel L. Brumbaugh. He is survived by: his grandson Devon Brumbaugh-Surrett; his mother Shirley Brumbaugh; and his sisters, Debra Blake (Ronald) and Donna Baldwin (Larry). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and numerous relatives.
