He is survived by: his wife Olga Midock; his grandchildren, Ashley, David Aaron, Zachary, James, Tyler, Jennifer, Megan, Nicolas, Kristina, Ryan, Molly, Zackary S, Delaney and Douglas (Dougie); his great grandchildren, Lillian Grace, Josephine (JoJo) and Aaron (AJ); his sister Peggy Albright (Charlie); and his sister-in-law Carol Cook.
